Happy Birthday!!

Yesterday was Makenzies third Birthday!! It is crazy how fast time goes and how fast my little girl has gone from a baby to a toddler!! On this Birthday I have realized that the older my kids get, the more i get to be a mom.... When they are babies you dont have to do anything special or really anthing at all on Birthdays or on any holiday because it is not like they really know what is going on but this year was special!! It was the year where i put up pink and purple streamers and it made makenzie jump up and down she was so excited or when Makezie helped me make her cake and she told me what she wanted her cake to look like!! There was also picking out a special dinner that only she got witch was a happy meal with chicken nuggets and fries and ranch... you cant forget the ranch!!! I loved when she would talk to people on the phone and say it is my Birthday today!! and when they would ask how old she was she would tell them i am free (three) today!! or how now when she opens presents they really mean somthing to her and she gets so excited!! I love it!! I love getting to make someone feel special and i love it that when i am trying hard to make everything just right for her she makes me feel special just by her reaction her excitement and happiness makes it all worth it! Makes it worth being a mom!! Happy Birthday Kenzie Girl!!

Twinners!!

Baby, Prophet look a like!! A while ago we had the kids pictures taken and when when i was looking at them one day i noticed that Jax kinda looked like the Prophet, in a baby version!! I thought it was so cute!!

Gilbert House!!

In Salem we have this place called the Gilbert House museum and it is so cool! There are three old houses and each room is a different theme and there are so many fun things to do there!! There is a dinosaur room, bubble room, castle dress up room, train room, a pretend grocery store.... and lots more!! There is also a place out side for the kids to play.. We have gone there 2 times now and each time makenzie has loved it!! I would of loved it a lot more if I didn't have to bring wiggling wandering Jaxson!! So next time we are going to leave him with dad!!

Prayer Time!!

So Makenzie has been saying the prayer now for some time and loves doing it!! All of her prayers are exactly the same and they say Dear Heavenly Father, we thank thee for this day, we thank thee for we food, we thank thee for we bodies, and then she ends it the way it is suppost to end!! But today at lunch i asked her if she wanted to say the prayer and of course she did so she starts it out the same as usual and then she says we thank thee for we bodies, we thank thee for we food, we thank thee for us having a good day even though i had to SIT IN TIME OUT!! Haha it was really funny and I was just going to work with her on trying not to say the same thing every time and she did it all by her self!!

Jaxson's Bump!!

Last Friday night we had dinner over at our friends the Theuisons? That isnt how you spell there name and really i dont know i know how to spell it but oh well!! So any ways we were there eating dinner and at the end of the night Jaxson got a little love tap from his girlfriend and fell and hit his head on the door!! If you didnt notice!! It was probably the biggest bump i had ever seen on a little kid and he cried for a minute but he was fine, and the bump did go down and now it is just a small bruise!! I am happy to say that Jaxson and his lady are doing well and see eachother almost every day!!

trip to Montana!!

So for the last 3 weeks i have been in the lovely state of Montana!! Just Visiting and helping, well not really helping but thinking im helping get ready for my sister Katies wedding. It was so nice being home I had complete freedom to do whatever i wanted to do , I could go workout, go tanning(or as my mom would say going to get skin cancer) hang out with old friends from high school, or even go to the store and not have to bring or worry about my kids!! It was so nice to have little and big helpers whenever i needed.. I am very jealouse of people who have there parents close to have a little nana and pappa or grandma and grandpa time. I love my kids so much and could never imagine my life without them but it was really nice to have a little freedom.. Anyways we all had the best time while we were there I dont think I saw Kenzie more than once or twice a day she was just having to much fun playing with Uncle Keenai and Aunt Kailee!! Those three together are just little best friends and are so cute togher.. Jaxson had his fun too with his very helpful Aunts Disney and Kamasa. Now I am back in Oregon and although i am so happy to be back with my lovey, and back to Oregon!! Things are quiet and boreing and I miss my family very much!! Katie and Nate!!

So Katie and Nate got a Photographer for there wedding somthing i never did but i should have done... This picture is absolutly amazing and in a selfish way i kinda wish that it was me and Jeff in the picture!! Oh my gosh it is just so pretty I love it!!

Katie is getting married!!!

My sister Katie is getting married this weekend!! I am so excited for her... a little sad.... she will always be my 12 year old sister... who never grows older to me ... but at the same time she has grown into the most beautiful bride!! so go take a look!!
